The Bianconeri Name Previous Italian National Team Head Coach Luciano Spalletti

The Old Lady have chosen previous Italy boss Spalletti to lead the team until the end of the season.

Spalletti steps in for Igor Tudor, who was let go following the loss to Lazio recently.

Tudor arrived at the club in March to replace Thiago Motta but left after seven months at the end of an eight-match winless run.

Spalletti led Napoli to the Serie A title in 2022-23 then moving on to lead the Italian national team, which missed out on the 2022 World Cup with Mancini at the helm.

Under his guidance, they made it to Euro 2024 exiting in the last 16 stage against Switzerland.

Nonetheless, Italy dismissed Spalletti in June after a World Cup qualifying defeat by Norway, putting Italy in danger of missing a third straight World Cup.

Spalletti's managerial career includes Inter Milan, Roma, and Udinese in Serie A and secured two Russian Premier League titles with Zenit St Petersburg.

Juventus were temporarily led by Massimo Brambilla for their 3-1 win against Udinese on Wednesday moving them to seventh position in the league - six points behind leaders Napoli after nine games.

Their Champions League campaign sees them in 25th place in the group stage, with one loss and two draws in their first three games.
