Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Property blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Additionally included in this recent image disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling different parts of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for dock shelters.

Further materials released as part of the current investigative process.
